Small Group Health and Fitness Coaching: 6 Week Habit Change Program
This six week program will focus on transforming an eating or exercise habit that you have been struggling with, in a way that is simple, effective and completely sane!
The program is like an interactive workshop and is done over the phone via conference call with about 3 – 5 other people and myself as the facilitator/coach. Health and Fitness Coaching sessions take place weekly and are one hour in length.
Each week we will focus on a different topic:
Week 1: Goal setting / Monitoring the habit
Week 2: Getting ready to change / understanding our habits
Week 3: Impact of mood/environment on habits and developing coping skills
Week 4: Changing your thoughts
Week 5: Creating support structures
Week 6: Maintaining your new habit
There will be a homework assignment at the end of each session.
